The app's data is hosted in the European Union (region europe-west1). Any transfer to a country outside the EU is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and by the Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

Third-party services

Mobimatch relies on Discord (Discord Inc.) for authentication (OAuth), membership of a matchmaking-dedicated server, and voice room creation. Use of Discord is governed by Discord's terms and privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The Mobimatch app (name, design, interfaces, source code, graphics) is the property of Charly BRUN, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited.

Mobimatch is not affiliated with Cloud Imperium Games (publisher of Star Citizen) or Discord Inc. Star Citizen, Discord and their logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used here for descriptive purposes only.

Liability

The publisher strives to provide a reliable service but cannot be held liable for technical unavailability, data loss, or a Discord malfunction, except in cases of gross or intentional fault. Mobimatch is limited to matchmaking between players; user behavior and what happens in game are the users' sole responsibility.
